These terms govern your use of perqen.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are

2. Membership
- Annual membership costs £29.99/year and grants access to member pricing across eligible products.
- Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Your membership activates immediately upon payment and is valid for 12 months.
- We do not offer automatic renewal by default. You will be notified before your membership expires.
- Membership is non-transferable and linked to a single account.
3. Membership Savings Guarantee
We are confident that your Perqen membership will pay for itself. If you do not save at least the cost of your membership (£29.99) within your first 6 months, we will refund your membership fee in full.
How to claim:
- Email hello@olympuspremiumhealth.com within 30 days of the 6-month anniversary of your membership start date.
- Include your order history showing that your combined member savings (the difference between the retail price and member price across your orders) total less than £29.99.
- We will review and process eligible refunds within 14 days.
Conditions:
- The guarantee applies to your first membership term only.
- Savings are calculated as the total difference between the standard retail price and the member price on completed orders.
- Orders that have been refunded or returned do not count toward your savings total.
- The guarantee does not apply if your account has been suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
4. Products and pricing
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
- Products are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after your order.
5. Refunds and returns
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Contact hello@olympuspremiumhealth.com to initiate a return. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Membership fees are non-refundable except under the Membership Savings Guarantee above, or where required by law.
6. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only unless otherwise stated.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Supplements disclaimer
- Products sold on perqen.co.uk are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- Keep all supplements out of reach of children.
8. Age restriction
You must be 18 or over to purchase from perqen.co.uk.
9. Data protection

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
