Returns
Unopened products may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Opened supplements are usually not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and advise on the next step.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected, or once the issue has been confirmed for a replacement or refund. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
Membership fees
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a specific guarantee or promotion states otherwise.
