Children's DHA is a strawberry-flavoured fish oil supplement in mini softgels, making it easier for older children to take their omega-3 compared with standard adult-sized capsules. Each mini softgel is about half the size of a regular softgel.
- Provides DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA from fish oil in mini softgels small enough for most children to swallow
- Strawberry flavour inside the softgel greatly reduces any fishy taste
- Natural triglyceride form for good absorption

How to take it: Give two mini softgels once daily with food, or as directed on the label. Age and dose guidance on the pack.
