Our position

What we left out, and why: we stock glucosamine but have deliberately not put it in this stack. The large independent trials, including GAIT and a 2010 BMJ meta-analysis of 3,803 patients, found effects below the threshold considered clinically meaningful, and industry-funded trials reported significantly larger effects than independent ones. If you want it, buy it, but we would rather tell you that.
